Some things you'll do for our clients include:
  • Companionship - chatting with them, playing games together, and doing little projects.
  • Meal Prep - helping our clients prepare a meal and then clean up afterward... some clients simply can't do this for themselves anymore. But with our help, their lives can be normal again.
  • Assisting with personal hygiene activities like bathing, toileting, dressing, etc.
  • Doctor's appointments - driving them and being their "note taker" so you can help them when they arrive home.

This is who you are:

  1. Love working with the elderly.
  2. Are committed and dedicated.
  3. Are a great team player who seeks feedback and personal improvement.
  4. Are great at personal care including helping to prepare meals, tidy the home, assist with laundry, bathe and rotate them (if necessary), ensure their safety, and are willing to build rapport with them.
  5. Are a good communicator who replies to calls, voicemails, texts, or emails quickly and doesn't ghost us.
  6. Want flexible hours and are open to taking various shifts with different clients.
  7. Have a valid Home Care Aide (HCA) license,  recent TB test, and CPR certification*
  8. Willing to work with clients all up and down West LA with a majority in Santa Monica, Malibu, and Pacific Palisades
* If you don't have Home Care Aide license you must be willing to get it, this will require a background check

What can we offer?
 
We offer competitive pay starting up to $18/hr if you have 2+ years experience And ability to drive clients in your own car to appointments. We also offer a SIGN-ON BONUS & RETENTION PROGRAM that can pay you up to $500 within the first 5 months. We also have a generous employee referral program of up to $500!!! If you wish, can make a lot of extra income! Ask at the interview!

Our caregivers enjoy flexible schedules including days, overnights and weekends. We have clients all throughout West Los Angeles so you have some flexibility with location too.
