Here are the key qualifications needed:

At least 6 months of previous caregiving or related experience.
Having a caring, empathetic, and respectful attitude towards clients and their families is a must.
Good communication skills are important, and being a good listener is just as crucial.
Being reliable, punctual, and having a strong sense of responsibility are qualities they value.
A valid or registered Home Care Aide (HCA) license, recent TB test, and CPR certification are necessary for the role.
It's great if you have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle, but it's not a strict requirement.
You need to be at least 18 years old to apply.
