Right at Home West LA on 14th St. in Santa Monica has clients who need experienced, dedicated, and dependable Personal Care Assistants/Home Care Aides/Caregivers! We're open to anyone who has been a caregiver, CNA, HCA, medical assistant, social worker, home care aide, companion, personal care assistant, or home health aide.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities/Duties)
Perform personal care activities that assist the client with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
  • Personal hygiene (assisting in the bathroom or in using a bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, shaving, skin, and hair)
  • Ambulation/Transfers
  • Dressing/Shaving
  • Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
  • Accompany clients on errands or medical appointments.
  • Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning bathroom
  • And more….

  • Competitive pay- Up to $19 to start with 2+ years confirmed Home Care Aide experience, availability to work weekends, AND ability to drive clients the (i.e. valid driver's license, own car with valid car insurance and registration)
  • We’ve got 5 hours of paid training to maintain your HCA license, 401k match after 6 months/500 hours of working for us, TapCheck- access to earned income between paydays, Sick pay, etc. *
